News concerning the energy supply at TH Lübeck
At TH Lübeck, we have to prepare for changes in the energy supply. Our university is also subject to the emergency plan Gas and its resulting restrictions, since only certain areas (e.g. security, IT infrastructure, laboratories) have been granted critical/protected status. We will all be affected by cutbacks, such as lower temperatures in classrooms and offices. We are currently working on a step-by-step plan for Technische Hochschule Lübeck, which will be posted here as well.
We ask all university members for their support and understanding - e.g. that we will need to lower the temperatures in our rooms and pay more attention to the most efficient use of our available space (classrooms and offices). Additionally, please make sure that you yourself preserve as much energy as possible, e.g. for heating and electricity. Every " tiny " amount you save helps keep TH Lübeck running - and we thank you for that!
To address the issue of energy supply in the coming Winter Semester, the coordination staff you already know from the Corona pandemic will be reconstituted. This body includes representatives from the departments, the university administration, the staff council, and students. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us! You can reach the coordinating staff at koordinierungsstab(at)th-luebeck.de
