Study offer for the summer semester 2023
For admission to a Master's program, you need a first university degree (Bachelor's or Diplom). Please refer to the list below to find out which average grade and how many ECTS points are required.
If the degree is not yet available at the time of application, you are welcome to apply with a current transcript of records and certificate of study.
A minimum of 150 CP (for graduates with a standard period of study of 6 semesters) or 180 CP (standard period of study of 7 semesters) is required for application. In addition, proof of registration for the Bachelor's thesis must be submitted if this is not evident from the performance overview. The proofs do not have to be certified or signed, simple copies are sufficient.
For enrollment, you should prove that you have completed the Bachelor's program. For this purpose, you should submit an officially certified copy of your Bachelor's degree certificate. Applicants who have completed their studies but have not yet received a certificate should submit at least an official confirmation of graduation from the university and the final grade or signed transcript of records in the original.
If the degree has not been received at this time, submit an original official confirmation from your current university stating that all exams have been completed and the bachelor's thesis has been submitted. Only the colloquium may still be open.
For degree programs with open admission, the confirmation must be submitted by the beginning of the respective application semester (1.9. or 1.3.), for degree programs with restricted admission by 15.9. or 15.3.
In this case, enrollment is provisional. The Bachelor's degree (certified) with the exmatriculation certificate (single copy) must be submitted by 31.10. (application for the winter semester) or 30.04. (for the summer semester) at the latest.
