Admission requirements:

A necessary prerequisite for your application is a successfully finished study program in Engineering, mainly in Mechanical Engineering (= 210 ECTS).

Additionally your overall grade should at least be 2.5 (German standard). Exception: European Applicants may apply with an unfinished degree if they have completed at least 180 ECTS and will finish their degree before they start studying their Master’s degree here.

If you apply with a Bachelor degree of another field, please describe your motivation and prior knowledge in a motivational letter.

Admission restrictions:

Our Master Program has restricted admission. A limited number of places is offered every semester, summer and winter. The competitive selection process is carried out every semester anew.

The regular start of the study program is in the summer semester each year. A start in the winter semester is possible. (In this case you study the classes of the first and second semester in reverse order … so no problem!)
