The team "Cosa Runs - Cooperation of Scientific Amateur Runners", consisting of employees of the CoSA and students of electrical engineering, covered the marathon distance of 42.1 km as a relay at the Stadtwerke Lübeck Marathon. With a time of 3:27:12 they took 21st place of all relays. A total of 94 relay teams took part this year. This enabled the team to undercut the previous best of 3:40:40 by almost 13:30 minutes.

Not only the sporting but also the technical challenge was particularly interesting. Because the runs of the individual participants were recorded live on a GPS tracker in the relay baton and displayed on this website together with a map of Lübeck city center. This made it possible to observe the runners from home computers.
