Background
The skilled crafts sector is particularly affected by demographic developments and innovation requirements and faces the challenge of retaining and attracting qualified employees through work-process-oriented, innovation- and health-promoting skills management. Given the small business structure, these requirements can only be met through optimal regional networking and high-quality, coordinated offerings from intermediary organizations in prevention alliances
Objective
The aim of this interdisciplinary project is to develop and test a quality-assured concept for innovative prevention alliances for the skilled trades.
Approach
The procedure provides for four steps:
- Development of quality criteria for prevention alliances, i.e. for the network work and for the prevention offers of the intermediary organizations in the regional networks.
- Evaluation and further development of the network work and existing prevention offers on the basis of the quality criteria into high-quality prevention alliances.
- New development and testing of a blended learning prevention concept integrated into the overall concept with analysis tool, coaching for company owners and life partners, team development for employees to strengthen prevention alliances.
- Develop a metric to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness.
The TH Lübeck contributes with its existing competences in the field of e-learning, online-based competence development as well as multimedia production and will take over the technical implementation and provision of the analysis tools as well as the blended learning modules.
