Interests

My interests are in the area of the physical layer of communication systems. Some topics are: multi-user MIMO systems, massive MIMO, cognitive radio, precoding / beamforming, resource allocation, channel estimation, interference management, as well as convex optimization and deep learning in wireless communication.

  • 1998/1999: Abitur at Abdulnasser High School
  • 2000 - 2005: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering 2005 at the University of Sana'a, Yemen
  • 2005 - 2006: Teaching assistant at the University of Sana’a, Yemen
  • 2007 - 2010: M.Sc. in Wireless Communication 2010 at Yarmouk University, Jordanian
  • 2010 - 2012: Lecturer at the University of Science and Technology, Yemen
  • 2012 - 2017: PhD in Digital Communication 2017 at the University of Kiel, Germany
  • 2019 - 2020: Research Associate at the Institute for Automation and Communication (ifak)
  • Since 2021: Research Associate at the Technical University of Lübeck
