Decentral energistyring

De sub-autarkiske mikronet udgør et muligt koncept for den effektive udnyttelse af lokalt produceret energi. Disse net forbinder de lokale systemkomponenter (herunder producerende enheder, oplagringskapaciteter og laster) med hinanden på det mindste netniveau. Motivationen for at implementere mikronet ligger i målet om at reducere de vejrafhængige lastflows og opnå et stort antal decentrale produktionsanlæg i middel- og lavspændingsnettene. Derudover sikrer middel- og lavspændingsnettenes topologi et optimalt grundlag for en forholdsvis nem implementering af mikronettene, uden at der er behov for de omfattende fysiske tilpasninger. Mikronettene tilføres eller tilfører energien alt efter behov via det forbundne energinet. Herved er målet at opnå en afbalanceret lastfordeling og stabilitet for det sub-autarkiske system og det forbundne energiforsyningssystem. Energistrømmenes styring i mikronettene og de konventionelle net koordineres ved hjælp af ledningssystemer. I den forbindelse findes der frem til den økonomisk set optimale anvendelse af en portefølje af energiproducerende anlæg til dækning af energibehovet baseret på prognoser fordelt over en vis periode. Bibetingelser såsom kraftværkernes effektivitetskurver, serviceomkostninger og en række andre tekniske faktorer samt markedsføringsrelaterede beslutninger på energi-terminsmarkederne har stor indflydelse på, hvorvidt det underliggende matematiske optimeringsproblem kan blive løst. Det betyder, at der opstår et komplekst flerdimensionalt optimeringsproblem. Der bliver inden for rammerne af carpeDIEM-projektet udviklet en teknologi, der sikrer den bedst mulige styring af mikronettene i forhold til de forskellige rammebetingelser.
