AI week - a complete success

The Week of AI (November 6 to 11, 2023) was a complete success for us! With great contacts and the opportunity to present our AI research.

AI week 2023

This year's AI Week in Lübeck really offered a lot, from public online events and interactive workshops to exhibitions, evening events and a hackathon. Here's the program again. 

There really was something for everyone. All participants and visitors had various opportunities to engage with the topic of AI and exchange ideas. 

For us, the AI Experience Day followed by the Evening of AI and the Night of AI the following day were the absolute highlights. 

We were represented at the AI Experience Day with several projects and demonstrators at the exhibition and took the opportunity to inform the countless visitors, from young to old, about AI application examples. Visitors were also able to try out our demonstrators for themselves. At the Evening of AI, we listened to speakers such as Dirk Schrödter, Minister and Head of the State Chancellery, Prof. Dr. Stefan Fischer, Vice President Transfer and Digitization at the University of Lübeck, Prof. Dr. Ralf Möller, German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI) and Prof. Dr. Philipp Rostalski, Fraunhofer IMTE and were able to have good conversations.

At the Night of AI, on 09.11.2023, we once again had a stand with our AI demonstrators to inform visitors about the various possible applications. Sven Ole Schmidt and Sebastian Hauschild were also part of the pitch sessions. Sven Ole Schmidt reported on the AI research projects at CoSA and Sebastian Hauschild on the PRECISE project, which deals with the intelligent solution for sustainable meat production and consumption. 

An all-round successful week, many thanks once again to all participants and organizers! We are already looking forward to next year!
