It is signed by the student, the home university, and TH Lübeck before the start of the mobility period.
Erasmus+ students from program countries must complete the online Learning Agreement:
- Students create an OLA Account online at https://www.learning-agreement.eu/. They can log in with either MyAcademicID, eIDAS or a Google account.
- The TH Lübeck Information to be entered in the OLA is summarized in this document.
- The fields in the BEFORE MOBILITY section must be completed Host courses
- Host courses: Courses taken at TH Lübeck
- Home subjects: Courses at the home university for which the courses selected at TH Lübeck are recognized.
- Language level: Refers to the language of instruction (German or English)
- The OLA must be digitally signed at the end (using a pointer or PC mouse).
The Responsible Person at the home university will automatically receive a notification that a new OLA is available for signature. Students will receive a notification by email or via the Erasmus+ app. Students can also log in to the Online Learning Agreement website or the Erasmus+ app to check the status of the OLA.
Erasmus+ students from partner countries continue to use the paper version of the Learning Agreement.
Any changes to your course selection during the first few weeks of your stay must then be entered accordingly in the OLA under the heading DURING MOBILITY.
We strongly recommend that you coordinate your course selection in advance with the responsible persons at your home university and at TH Lübeck BEFORE filling out the Learning Agreement.

Inclusion and diversity are overarching priorities of the Erasmus+ program generation 2021-2027. The program aims to achieve greater equality of opportunity and inclusion in all areas of education through a variety of measures and opportunities. An essential component in the higher education sector is additional financial support for participants with fewer opportunities in the form of top-ups and real cost support.
Students can receive support through a top-up if they…

- MSOE
Cooperation between Technische Hochschule Lübeck and Milwaukee School of Engineering
The Technische Hochschule Lübeck and the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) have maintained a close and successful academic partnership for many years. The aim of this cooperation is to provide students from both institutions with international study opportunities and to promote academic as well as cultural exchange.
Within the framework of this partnership, several exchange and study programs are offered:
Double Degree Program
Students from the Departments of Electrical Engineering & Computer Science (ECS) and Mechanical Engineering & Business Administration (MEBA) have the opportunity to earn a double degree through this program. They spend one academic year at the partner institution and, upon successful completion, receive both the German and the American bachelor’s degree. Typically, double-degree students from MSOE start their studies at TH Lübeck in the winter semester, while double-degree students from TH Lübeck also begin their studies at MSOE in Milwaukee in the winter semester.Exchange Semester
The exchange semester is open to students from all four departments. It allows them to study at the partner institution for one or two semesters. The exchange is possible in both the winter and summer semesters. This long-standing cooperation is characterized by intensive academic exchange, intercultural learning, and close personal connections between students and faculty members of both institutions.
Incoming students from MSOE are supported by a dedicated contact person at the International Office. She is responsible for all administrative matters and, together with the MSOE coordination office, supports the students in preparing for their stay in Germany and their studies in Lübeck – both before arrival and after they have arrived.
Throughout their entire stay in Lübeck, the students are supported by the International Office in both organizational and everyday matters.Contact
