Employees in the care sector make an indispensable contribution to the health of millions of people. It is not for nothing that the nursing profession enjoys the highest reputation. CARE4CARE wants to make a contribution to the health of employees in the care sector. To this end, digital offerings are combined with personal support.
CARE4CARE supports caregivers and their managers in enabling healthy work and strengthening their own health resources. Stress and stress-related complaints are to be reduced and avoided. In the medium and long term, the offer is intended to help maintain the physical and mental health of caregivers and increase job satisfaction. CARE4CARE offers ratio-preventive interventions to design healthy working conditions in nursing and behavioral-preventive interventions to strengthen resources and improve individual health behavior.
